EuroHPC User Days 2026

Dublin is served by Dublin Airport, located approximately 10 km north of the city centre, with connections to major cities across Europe & the UK.

Arriving to the venue:

• By Bus

 The Dublin Aircoach (line 700) departs up to every 30 minutes and stops outside the venue. Journey time both to and from the airport is approximately 60 minutes.

• By Taxi

 The trip from the airport typically costs €35 and takes 30 minutes, but it can vary depending on traffic. Please note that all taxis accept cash, but not all accept credit cards. A dispatcher is available at the rank for assistance

Parking: 

On-site accessible parking spaces are located on the left side of the hotel entrance.

Step-free access to the main entrance from the left side of the hotel – coming from the disabled car park or from the front of the hotel following the walking path .

Ireland is a member of the European Union but is not part of the Schengen Area.

• EU/EEA/Swiss citizens:

  • A valid national ID card or passport is required for entry. No visa is needed.

• Non-EU participants:

  • Visa requirements vary by nationality. Participants are advised to check requirements well in advance via the official Irish immigration authorities.

• Invitation letters for visa purposes can be provided upon request during registration.

• Please note that Ireland uses the same electrical sockets as the United Kingdom (Type G, three-pin plug). Participants travelling from countries using different plug types are advised to bring a suitable adapter.

In late September, Dublin typically enjoys mild early autumn conditions. Daytime temperatures generally range between 15°C and 18°C, with cooler evenings dropping to around 10°C–12°C.
